RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You are entitled to either return or exchange your products within 14 days from the day of delivery of your purchase.

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For hygiene reasons, goods such as pacifiers cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

------------

1. You must first send us an email to emma@UnicornsMermaids.com, and informing us:

      A. Return & Refund OR Exchange Products

      B. Product(s) you wish to either Return or Exchange: write the 5-digit number from the title of the product. You can find this from the invoice included in your order and from the confirmation email you received upon placing the order. Also include the size of the product.

      C. For Exchanges: write the 5-digit code of the product you wish to receive as an exchange AND the size. You can find the 5-digit code in the title of the product you wish to exchange into.

2. Then, send the products you wish to return and/or exchange back to our European warehouses at:

P.O. Box 42489, 6534, Larnaca, Cyprus

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and we don't refund any fees associated with return shippings.

It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure you will be covered in the event that the package does not arrive, or purchase shipping insurance. We no dot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be held responsible should a package does not arrive, or arrives late.

REFUNDS PROCEDURE

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 working days from the day you receive our refund approval or rejection email.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at emma@UnicornsMermaids.com.

Final Sale items

Only regular priced or normally discounted items may be refunded, unfortunately “Final Sale” items cannot be refunded.

NOTE: If you don't receive our Customer Service team's response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email's Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
